A company is looking for a Customer Success Advisor - IXI Network.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support to IXI members, including training and product recommendations
- Monitor customer metrics to ensure goals are met and identify business development opportunities
- Proactively engage with customers to prevent issues and foster loyalty
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Enterprise level, B2B clients
- Experience with data-driven insights in the financial services/brokerage industry
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Project management skills; PMP certification preferred
- Self-driven and proactive attitude
