Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support new client implementations and provide post-implementation support
  • Provide customer support via email and phone, acting as a knowledge expert for the platform
  • Manage customer interactions using Salesforce.com and ChurnZero, and host training sessions for customers
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in customer service, client relations, or account management
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience managing both long-term projects and short-term tasks
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of urgency in resolving customer issues
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace; experience with Salesforce.com and ChurnZero is a plus
