Key Responsibilities
- Drive renewals and account retention by managing customer relationships and securing contract renewals
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities through upselling and cross-selling products
- Guide customers through onboarding and product adoption to ensure successful implementation
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing sales role
- Deep understanding of the full product suite and ability to align solutions to customer needs
- Proficient in Salesforce for managing forecasts and building reports
- Able to work cross-functionally with sales and channel teams
