Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Representative II for Adult Hospitalists.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle functions of the Central Business Office, including insurance follow-up and payment posting
• Provide initial training in Central Business Office duties and monitor billing errors
• Assist with patient account inquiries and financial counseling regarding outstanding charges

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Moderate knowledge of third-party insurance plans and Medicare programs
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and Medicare Fraud and Abuse regulations
• Proficiency in computer systems, including Practice Management System and Microsoft Office
