A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 20-40 customers, ensuring satisfaction and driving adoption
  • Identify expansion opportunities and implement strategies to reduce churn
  • Develop and execute customer success plans, conducting regular check-ins and trainings
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
  • Experience with SaaS or tech platforms is preferred
  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle processes such as onboarding and renewal
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of mid-market customers successfully
  • Experience using a Customer Success Management Platform
