Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 20-40 customers, ensuring satisfaction and driving adoption
- Identify expansion opportunities and implement strategies to reduce churn
- Develop and execute customer success plans, conducting regular check-ins and trainings
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
- Experience with SaaS or tech platforms is preferred
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle processes such as onboarding and renewal
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of mid-market customers successfully
- Experience using a Customer Success Management Platform
