Compact RN Hospice Triage Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hospice Telephone Triage RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours telephone triage for hospice patients
• Document patient interactions using electronic medical records and internal applications
• Complete required charting and shift preparation before and after taking calls

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is required
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as emergency departments or critical care is preferred
• Must have access to high-speed internet and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace
• Must complete three weeks of remote paid training
