A company is looking for a Director of Product, Implementation & Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire client implementation lifecycle and ensure implementation excellence from SOW to Go-Live
- Oversee technical readiness, ensuring data quality, integration, and system configuration are optimal
- Build and scale operations by developing documentation, processes, and interim project management for client implementations
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in implementation, professional services, or customer success roles, with at least 3 years in leadership positions
- Experience in building and managing technical implementation teams
- Proven track record of establishing operational processes in fast-growth environments
- Healthcare technology experience with knowledge of healthcare implementations and support requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking implementation metrics and client satisfaction KPIs
