Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer service inquiries via telephone, email, and case management ticketing system
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Troubleshoot the AMS system for clients as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- 1-3+ years of relevant experience in SaaS solution support
- Ability to analyze and explain complicated data to clients
- Understanding of technology such as MS SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
