Job Summary
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Member Services Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform intake processes and serve as the first point of contact for members
- Coordinate transportation services and complete bed searches for members as needed
- Address member complaints and provide resources, including member handbooks and provider lists
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) from an accredited college or university
- 1 to 3 years of behavioral health experience preferred
- At least one year of experience in mental health and/or human services required
- Previous customer service and data entry experience desired, preferably within a call center
- Ability to use PCs in a Windows-based environment
