Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative for its 2026 Early Career program.

Responsibilities
  • Manages renewal of contracts in assigned territory to protect and grow maintenance revenue while upselling and cross-selling
  • Ensures customer success and retention by proactively monitoring expiring agreements and executing timely actions
  • Provides proposals and quotes as requested and collaborates positively with customers, partners, and associates
Requirements
  • Recent or upcoming university graduates completing or completed an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Alpharetta, GA
  • Proficiency in Windows or Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to learn about technology and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High-energy, motivated self-starter prepared to handle a high volume of communications
