A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative for its 2026 Early Career program.
Responsibilities
- Manages renewal of contracts in assigned territory to protect and grow maintenance revenue while upselling and cross-selling
- Ensures customer success and retention by proactively monitoring expiring agreements and executing timely actions
- Provides proposals and quotes as requested and collaborates positively with customers, partners, and associates
Requirements
- Recent or upcoming university graduates completing or completed an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Alpharetta, GA
- Proficiency in Windows or Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn about technology and work in a fast-paced environment
- High-energy, motivated self-starter prepared to handle a high volume of communications
