Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support for software products through various support channels
- Identify and resolve customer issues using troubleshooting methods
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred or up to a year of equivalent relevant experience
- Fitness studio experience with the company is a plus
- Prior customer service experience in a SaaS environment preferred but not required
- Must be personable and enjoy working in a customer-facing role
- Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate flexibility in hours
