Cybersecurity Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cyber Security Engineer to support cybersecurity engineering efforts and maintain compliance with security policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security systems and infrastructure
• Monitor networks for security breaches and conduct vulnerability assessments
• Respond to security incidents and develop security policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of relevant experience
• A degree from an accredited College/University in a related field, or four additional years of experience if the degree is in a different field
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST" clearance
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
• Understanding of AI/ML techniques in cybersecurity is preferred
