Key Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and optimize the Zoho One applications, ensuring integration and functionality
- Create and maintain automation scripts using Zoho Deluge to streamline business processes
- Design and implement automated workflows and blueprints to enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical/analytical field
- 1-3 years of experience in managing and configuring Zoho One products
- Zoho Certified Administrator or Developer (preferred)
- Experience with other CRM and ERP platforms (nice to have)
- Experience with programming languages and databases (nice to have)
