Digital Account Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Account Executive to manage digital channels and electronic payments relationships with clients across North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage regular meetings with clients, both onsite and remotely
• Educate clients on company updates and their impact on client organizations
• Facilitate client operational escalations and monitor support tickets and enhancement requests

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in client relationship management, service delivery, and/or sales to C-Level executives
• 3+ years of experience in electronic banking, mobile banking, and/or payments
• Bachelor's degree in business or applicable discipline, or equivalent military experience
• Proven ability to interact and influence at executive levels
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
