Key Responsibilities
- Work with clients to identify their requirements and understand their business objectives
- Manage client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
- Coordinate with sales and operational teams to support campaign delivery and strategy proposals
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in digital media and/or IT preferred
- Possess at least a Diploma in any field, preferably in media, mass communication, or IT
- Good command of Excel and advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of web technology, media, and advertising
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
