Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design and manage email and system communications throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the lifecycle marketing strategy, defining segments and engagement guidelines
- Publish and maintain the email automation roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders on campaign sequencing and objectives
- Oversee renewal and transactional communications to ensure timely and accurate information delivery
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing with a focus on B2B or B2C
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and familiarity with Salesforce for designing lifecycle journeys
- Proven ability to create multi-step customer journeys that enhance engagement and retention
- Strong measurement skills to assess the impact of lifecycle programs on business growth
- Experience in SaaS or product-led growth industries is preferred
