Direct Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Direct Sales Representative for North and South Dakota.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage account responsibilities for motor, controls, and blower customers in the assigned territory
• Develop and execute a Territory Sales Plan to meet or exceed business targets
• Monitor market trends, lead customer contract negotiations, and strengthen strategic relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of industry sales experience
• Experience with CRM and forecasting tools
• General Industries experience, HVAC/R, and/or Power Transmission industry experience preferred
• Must reside in or around North Dakota, South Dakota, and Western Minnesota
