Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of GTM AI Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, pilot, and launch AI technology tools to enhance sales and customer onboarding
• Collaborate with sales, onboarding, and systems teams to optimize go-to-market strategies
• Lead cross-functional projects and prototype or configure AI tools directly

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in GTM strategy, sales operations, or sales enablement
• Strong understanding of sales and customer onboarding processes and KPIs
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including customizations and reporting
• Experience in running tool evaluations and building business cases for new technology
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with teams
