Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales to lead its sales team across two business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for Porch Pro and Welcome Wagon products
• Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and lead negotiations with key prospects
• Establish relationships with important clients and participate in industry events

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in lead generation and marketing print solutions
• 10+ years in leadership roles, including team building
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
• Strong commercial instinct and entrepreneurial drive
• Experience with SMB/regional sales prospecting and closing
