Director of Business Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Business Development - Transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BD and cross-functional stakeholders to assess and advance deals
• Develop and recommend deal structures and financial terms
• Lead negotiations with potential partners and drive the deal process

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of Business Development deal experience, or
• Master's degree and 7 years of Business Development deal experience, or
• Bachelor's degree and 9 years of Business Development deal experience
• 5+ years of deal experience in the biopharmaceutical industry preferred
• MBA and/or JD highly desired
