Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Provider and Practitioner Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and evolve compliance programs across innovative care models and provider relationships
• Act as the expert for provider compliance, guiding stakeholders through regulations and driving consensus
• Develop training programs that empower teams and partners to navigate compliance effectively

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare and compliance with knowledge of provider regulations
• Bachelor's degree in business, law, or health administration required; advanced degree preferred
• Professional certifications such as CHC or similar strongly preferred
• Experience collaborating with physicians, health systems, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to communicate complex regulations clearly and effectively
