Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and grow a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to achieve customer goals
  • Drive customer onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Fifteen or more years of experience in customer-facing roles in Customer Success or related fields
  • Five or more years of leadership experience in a CSM team at a B2B SaaS company
  • In-depth experience with onboarding, renewals, and expansion processes
  • Experience with customer relationship management tools and data analysis
