Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and grow a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to achieve customer goals
- Drive customer onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Fifteen or more years of experience in customer-facing roles in Customer Success or related fields
- Five or more years of leadership experience in a CSM team at a B2B SaaS company
- In-depth experience with onboarding, renewals, and expansion processes
- Experience with customer relationship management tools and data analysis
