Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting for a startup SaaS organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all monthly financial reconciliation, reporting, and compliance
• Build and refine forecasting models to support leadership and board-level decisions
• Lead budgeting, KPI tracking, and financial performance analysis

Required Qualifications:

• 4-5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
• Background in SaaS, startups, or other high-growth environments
• Strong forecasting, reporting, and KPI tracking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
