Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of annual operating plans, budgets, and long-range financial forecasts
• Analyze financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights and recommendations
• Oversee financial reporting packages and ensure alignment with government contracting regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis with strong Government Contracting experience
• Experience with financial system implementation and integrations
• Strong understanding of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
• Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
