A company is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to lead their performance marketing strategy and drive user acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive user acquisition and subscription growth
- Manage multimillion-dollar budgets and oversee key performance metrics including CAC and ROAS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and optimize marketing campaigns
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or related quantitative fields
- 10+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, preferably in consumer subscription or PLG SaaS
- Experience managing budgets of $10M+ with proven efficiency gains
- Proficiency in paid media strategy and tools, including Google, Meta, and TikTok
- Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and data analysis using SQL and BI dashboards
