Director of Market Acquisitions

Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Director Market Mergers, Acquisitions and Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads the identification, negotiation, and execution of strategic partnerships and transactions at the market and regional levels
• Drives data analysis and feasibility studies to support informed decision-making for strategic growth objectives
• Manages the overall transaction process, including project management, due diligence, and coordination with cross-functional leaders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Health Administration; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of five years' experience in business development, investment banking, or healthcare management consulting
• At least three years of project management experience and two years of supervisory experience
• Healthcare experience is required, with a preference for experience in mergers & acquisitions or joint ventures
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of healthcare economics and regulatory environments
