Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale the home insurance vertical, optimizing traffic supply and demand-side partnerships
• Drive revenue growth through performance analysis and iterative improvement of KPIs
• Manage relationships with insurance carriers, brokers, and agencies, leading performance reviews and aligning on revenue goals

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or consumer acquisition, preferably in home insurance
• Deep understanding of carrier goals, underwriting guidelines, and monetization levers in home insurance
• Proven track record of scaling a channel with significant revenue targets
• Exceptional analytical skills, proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis
• Strong project management skills, able to lead initiatives across teams and meet deadlines
