Director of Identity Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead the strategy and execution of user identification, authentication, and authorization.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce policies for user identity lifecycle management
• Design and manage authentication and authorization platforms, ensuring secure access to resources
• Lead the integration of IAM across hybrid and multi-cloud environments to support digital transformation

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in Information Security, with at least 7 years in IAM leadership roles
• Deep knowledge of IAM concepts, technologies, and standards
• Proven experience in architecting and delivering enterprise-scale IAM solutions
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance drivers impacting IAM
