Director of Population Health Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Population Health and Value Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of integrated value-based strategies and shape the roadmap for AI-enabled diagnostics
• Design and oversee scalable Population Health Programs to manage high-need populations and expand Total Addressable Market
• Develop programmatic plays for Market Access and Commercial teams, ensuring alignment with value-based care goals

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences (MD, PhD, PharmD) or equivalent industry background
• 15+ years of experience in HEOR, Market Access, Population Health, or related fields
• 5-7+ years in leadership roles with oversight of cross-functional payer or medical engagement teams
• Proven success in building and implementing population health programs within risk-based or value-based care models
• Expertise in U.S. reimbursement structures, payer dynamics, and healthcare policy
