Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Vice President, Strategic Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a thought leader for operational projects and strategic plans
• Evaluate financial and operating performance metrics to identify issues and opportunities
• Conduct complex data-driven analysis and communicate findings to senior management

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field; MBA highly preferred
• At least 7 years of relevant healthcare operational and analytical experience
• Background in consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy preferred
• Strong financial reporting foundation and advanced Excel skills
• Experience working with large data sets and ability to translate analysis into recommendations
