Director of Product Communications

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Communications (Product & Tech).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver effective external communications strategies for small business products
• Secure positive media coverage and define a strong media position for the Product and Product Marketing teams
• Lead the development of narratives for major events and drive overarching AI narratives

Required Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in product or technology communications
• Solid understanding of product development and marketing principles
• Experience managing in-house communications teams and external PR agencies
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
• Experience in B2B enterprise/SaaS software, fintech, or financial services is a plus
