Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in HR Tech or B2B SaaS
- Proven success in launching and scaling software products in competitive markets
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer behavior and go-to-market frameworks
- Experience managing and mentoring team members
- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
