Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager / Director of Revenue Operations to lead their go-to-market operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the overall Revenue Operations vision, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Implement and optimize processes for pipeline management, lead routing, and funnel efficiency
- Oversee the GTM tech stack and develop revenue insights through forecasting and performance dashboards
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related fields with increasing leadership responsibility
- Technical/Engineering background is a strong plus; management consulting experience is a bonus
- Expertise in Salesforce and modern GTM tech stack (Clay, HubSpot, etc.)
- Proven success in building scalable processes in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
