Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable business process frameworks to enhance efficiency and quality

- Develop training programs and facilitate workshops to promote process excellence across teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, supplier management, or process excellence roles
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and risk management
- Deep understanding of process excellence methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
- Experience with metrics and performance management in process improvement contexts
