Process Excellence Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Excellence Manager to lead the development and execution of supply chain business process frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable business process frameworks to enhance efficiency and quality
• Lead process improvement initiatives and conduct analysis to identify areas for optimization
• Develop training programs and facilitate workshops to promote process excellence across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, supplier management, or process excellence roles
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing and risk management
• Deep understanding of process excellence methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
• Experience with metrics and performance management in process improvement contexts
