Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 15+ Sales Engineers, fostering collaboration and high performance
- Define and implement sales engineering practices and methodologies for new logo acquisition
- Design operational processes and serve as the executive sponsor for strategic deals
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2B technology pre-sales in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing and scaling teams of 15 or more Sales Engineers
- Track record in fast-paced, new logo acquisition-focused environments
- Experience in designing and refining sales engineering methodologies and performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
