Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director/RVP, Premier Success Plan Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive bookings and exceed ACV targets to grow the Success Plans business
- Build relationships with sales leadership and collaborate on territory performance and strategies
- Develop and coach a high-performing sales team while ensuring operational excellence
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience leading a high growth $1B+ portfolio of sales-focused customers
- Experience in the software/infrastructure/platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) space
- Previous experience managing and growing sales teams
- Proven ability to create and communicate a clear vision for growth
- 5+ years of experience managing a team of quota-carrying sales representatives
