Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director/RVP, Premier Success Plan Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive bookings and exceed ACV targets to grow the Success Plans business
  • Build relationships with sales leadership and collaborate on territory performance and strategies
  • Develop and coach a high-performing sales team while ensuring operational excellence
Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience leading a high growth $1B+ portfolio of sales-focused customers
  • Experience in the software/infrastructure/platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) space
  • Previous experience managing and growing sales teams
  • Proven ability to create and communicate a clear vision for growth
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team of quota-carrying sales representatives
