Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global SDR enablement strategy aligned with company priorities
  • Design and maintain training programs and resources for SDRs, including onboarding and continuous learning
  • Track SDR performance metrics to measure the impact of enablement initiatives
Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in Sales/Sales Enablement, with at least 1 year focused on SDR/BDR functions
  • Strong understanding of SDR workflows and modern sales tools
  • Experience in building scalable onboarding and training programs across multiple regions
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring enablement effectiveness
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies
