Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and enable RSRs to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Drive planning and execution, ensuring alignment with the overall GTM strategy
- Oversee day-to-day activities including pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and deal execution
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience in a high-growth software/SaaS environment
- 3+ years of successful SaaS sales experience with infrastructure, developer tools, or API-related software
- Proven track record of exceeding team and individual quotas
- Experience translating technical solutions into business outcomes for executives and technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree preferred
