- Build and manage email and SMS marketing flows using relevant platforms
- Analyze customer behavior and performance to identify retention opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in DTC retention or CRM marketing roles
- Proven success in building and optimizing email/SMS campaigns
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management
- Experience in cohort analysis and LTV tracking
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
