Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dynamics 365 Configuration Specialist - Customer Insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Dynamics 365 with a focus on Customer Insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Drive the design and review of test cases and manage project scope and acceptance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 years' experience or Associate's Degree with 6 years' experience
• Proven experience configuring Dynamics 365 and rolling out Customer Insights
• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams
• Ability to write user stories and refine backlogs
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications preferred
