Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects and manage a delivery team
• Proactively identify and resolve conflicts within teams or with clients
• Collaborate with other Engagement Managers to improve practices and contribute to business development activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting experience, with 8+ full life cycle implementations
• NetSuite Certifications preferred - ERP Consultant, Administrator
• Strong background in finance/accounting, supply chain, or industry-specific experience
• Experience managing a team of 5+ consultants across multiple engagements
