A company is looking for an Education and Enablement Associate - Enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain training materials and curricula for the enrollment team
- Facilitate virtual training sessions and support ongoing education for team members
- Collaborate with quality team peers to identify training needs and improve enablement resources
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 4-7 years of experience in training curriculum development or instructional design, preferably in healthcare
- Prior experience with enrollment teams or similar patient-facing roles preferred
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Education or a healthcare-related field
- Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) or similar certification preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards preferred
