Job Summary

A company is looking for an Education and Enablement Associate - Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials and curricula for the enrollment team
• Facilitate virtual training sessions and support ongoing education for team members
• Collaborate with quality team peers to identify training needs and improve enablement resources

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 4-7 years of experience in training curriculum development or instructional design, preferably in healthcare
• Prior experience with enrollment teams or similar patient-facing roles preferred
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Education or a healthcare-related field
• Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) or similar certification preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards preferred
