A company is looking for an AVP, Enterprise West.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of revenue generation, customer acquisition, and account penetration
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of sales and sales management experience in an Enterprise Software vendor
  • Proven track record of scaling and leading a field organization in a high-growth environment
  • Experience selling large, complex enterprise software products, particularly to the C-suite
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute a multi-tier sales model
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy, forecasting, and pipeline development
