Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of revenue generation, customer acquisition, and account penetration
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of sales and sales management experience in an Enterprise Software vendor
- Proven track record of scaling and leading a field organization in a high-growth environment
- Experience selling large, complex enterprise software products, particularly to the C-suite
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute a multi-tier sales model
- Strong understanding of sales strategy, forecasting, and pipeline development
