- Transform post-sales processes into a scalable engine that enhances customer outcomes and revenue growth
- Unify and lead a team of over 40 professionals across various post-sales functions
- Design and implement premium service tiers and monetization strategies for training and support services
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience scaling Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from tens to hundreds of millions
- 8+ years of post-sales leadership experience in enterprise SaaS or fintech
- Experience in expanding customer bases from hundreds to thousands
- Demonstrated success in monetizing post-sales functions and creating new revenue streams
- Strong background in implementing change management at scale
