Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to develop actionable roadmaps aligned with their business objectives
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights into industry trends and process optimizations
• Lead workshops to assess and optimize configurations and workflows for improved system performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on proficiency in Zuora Revenue with expertise in designing scalable solutions
• Familiarity with ASC 606 and IFRS 15 compliance standards
• 10+ years of experience with Revenue Management and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite
• Proven ability to deliver customer-aligned roadmaps and strategic advisory services
• Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, and experience with system integrations
