Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for facility needs, resolving issues and communicating updates promptly
  • Utilize data to track engagement, monitor trends, and report key performance indicators
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year in customer service, provider relations, patient access, call center, or healthcare coordination
  • Comfortable learning and using operational technical systems
  • Organized and able to follow structured workflows
  • Experience working with provider offices or care coordinators is preferred
