Job Summary
A company is looking for a Field Service Scheduling Coordinator I.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch field service calls while logging case or work order notes
- Work with engineers and Regional Service Managers to strategically plan onsite visits and manage customer communications
- Enhance scheduling efficiency and contribute to increasing customer instrument uptime
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including MS Office applications
- SAP/ServiceMax/SalesForce experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
