Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Service Scheduling Coordinator I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch field service calls while logging case or work order notes
  • Work with engineers and Regional Service Managers to strategically plan onsite visits and manage customer communications
  • Enhance scheduling efficiency and contribute to increasing customer instrument uptime
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills, including MS Office applications
  • SAP/ServiceMax/SalesForce experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
