Job Summary
A company is looking for a Fleet Services Advisor I to ensure managed care customers receive high-quality repairs and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experience through effective communication, quality assurance, and safety compliance
- Analyze, dispute, and approve/deny vendor estimates while auditing repairs for accuracy
- Schedule and manage preventative maintenance for customers and act as a proxy for managed customers in repair management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or 4 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with fleet maintenance, particularly heavy and medium-duty fleets
- Previous mechanical training is preferred
- Industry certifications like ASE are considered beneficial
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and customers simultaneously
