A company is looking for a Follow Up Representative II.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and examine denial accounts using established methods to resolve issues
- Work closely with third party payers to resolve unpaid claims and submit technical appeals
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Experience in follow up, billing, or related revenue cycle experience required
- Knowledge of charge master, ICD-9 coding, CPT coding, and EDI billing
- Ability to interpret expected reimbursement information from EOBs
- Familiarity with State and Federal Laws pertaining to plan benefits
