Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior technical leader and strategic advisor to enterprise accounts, maximizing the value of identity investments
- Lead architecture assessments and optimization initiatives for secure deployments
- Identify product opportunities and collaborate with teams to align customer needs with solutions
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Customer Success Architect or Solutions Architect
- Proven success managing relationships with Fortune 500 or large enterprise accounts
- Deep technical knowledge in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and related technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
